Delivery Info

Standard delivery for the majority of our products will be via Royal Mail first class.  On occasion we may use a courier depending on the weight or value of the items ordered.

We will deliver your order to the address you specify at the checkout.  You may specify a different delivery address to your billing address for example if you want us to send your gifts to your work address, a friend or direct to the lucky recipient.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We always aim to dispatch items within 72 hours. At busy times we may take a day or so longer. 

If you need something quickly please place your order using our next day facility or phone us to discuss delivery options.

Once dispatched UK deliveries usually take one to two days.

European Union - items are sent first class via Airmail and can take upto seven days.
For Malta in our experience orders may take upto 21 days to be delivered.

USA, Canada and Australia please note that some items can take upto 21 days.


Will you deliver to BFPO?

Definately yes. We want you to send gifts and products to service personnel.

If you are sending a package to a BFPO address you must provide recipient's

Service number rank and name
Unit or regiment
BFPO number

Please be sure that you address your item in accordance with BFPO postal address rules which can be found by clicking here.

Delivery to military bases in the UK and overseas is made via the British Forces Post Office. As a guideline, delivery to all BFPO static Locations will be between 4 and 8 working days.  Delivery to overseas operational areas are harder to determine.

Will you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we will.


Will you send an invoice or receipt with my order?

We will not usually send invoices or receipts with orders unless you ask us to do this.

Where possible we try to minimise paper usage and costs of our services, these savings we pass onto you with competitively priced products.


Will you send a gift anonymously?

Yes absolutely, if you want to send a gift to surprise someone either as a joke or for romantic reasons we will not disclose your details.

Please state that these are your wishes in the remarks box at the checkout stage.


Lost items.

It is a very rare occurrence that items get lost in the post. However, in this situation our policy is as follows:-

Royal Mail do not consider something is lost until fifteen working days after the date of dispatch. Any item that 'goes missing in the post' should be notified to us on or after the fifteenth working day of receipt of dispatch notification email.

We strongly recommend that before you contact us you should make enquiries with your local sorting office and or post office to check if they are holding the item for you.  You should do this even if no card has been left by the post office saying they were unable to deliver your item.

Items not received must be claimed for from Royal Mail by the purchaser. Blink Gifts will assist by forwarding copies of documentation such as proof of postage, but all claims must be pursued by the purchaser.

We regret that we will be unable to replace free of charge any item lost in the post, you will need to make your purchase again. Any costs relating to your original purchase should be claimed back from Royal Mail.
