How can I pay for my purchase?

Pay via our online payment system, when you make your purchase you will be directed to a secure connection - goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.

Pay by postal order (UK customers only) - goods dispatched on receipt of postal order.

Pay by personal cheque (UK customers only) – goods will be dispatched ten days from receipt of cheque.

Call into our gift shop and pay by cash or card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Phone us and make your payment over the phone with Debit or Credit Card.


Will you engrave something I have already purchased?

If you would like us to engrave something you have already purchased please contact us.  Ideally we will need to see the product to check if the item will fit into our computer controlled engraving machine.

We have a standard charge per item of £5.

This service is also availale to people that cannot get to our shop, you can post the item to us.  Please note that you will also need to pay the cost to post to us and for the return of the item. 

At this time we cannot offer ring engraving.


Will you give discounts?

Sometimes customers ask if we will discount products, as consumers we are encouraged to barter with companies to try and get products cheaper than advertised.

Here at Blink Gifts we bring you quality products at very competitive prices which, if you shop around, you will see when everything is taken into account that we are often far cheaper than many other companies even some of the big name high street stores.

We will consider offering a discount when your total order (excluding postage) is in excess of £200.  
Plase contact us for further details should your order value exceed £200.


How do I send my photo?

After you have made your purchase please e-mail your photo to sales@blinkgifts.com

Open your e-mail - compose or create new

Click on the paper clip or file attachment in your e-mail

select your photo and attach it to the e-mail


You can send your photo from a mobile phone to sales@blinkgifts.com you do this by:-

create a new text message
attach photo
change from numbers to letters and type in our e-mail address

You can post your photo to us:- please contact us to let us know you are doing this.

You can visit our shop with your photo either as a print, on memory card or CD.


How can I tell if my photo is good enough?

You do not need to be a top photographer just make sure your photo is in focus.

Please do not crop your photo before sending as we may need to adjust the size to fit the gift that you have purchased.


What if my photo is small?

Whatever the image size we will be able to re-size it to suit the product your purchase.   


Red eye removal?

We will automatically remove red eye from any photos before printing them onto the product you have purchased and this service is completely free.


Will there be a cost to make adjustments and improvements to my photos?

Photos may need to be manipulated slightly in brightness, contrast and colour to improve the quality of the printed image.

We will do this free of charge.


What file type do my photos need to be in?

Please send your photo as a file attachment in JPEG format but we can also accept TIF, GIF and Bitmap.


Will you re-size my photo to fit the product?

Yes absolutely, we will resize and crop your photo to fit the item you have chosen.  Do not worry if your photo is small we can often enlarge your image to fit any product.


My photo is in colour will you change it to black and white?

Absolutely yes, we can change colour photos black and white at no extra cost.  You must specify that these are your wishes when placing your order.
