Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Blink Gifts Ltd. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.
1. Use of Blink Gifts website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other content from the website, provided that:
1.1) you must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website), or reproduce or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system;
1.2) you must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit our website or material on our website for a commercial purpose, without our express written consent;
2. Limitations of liability
The information on this website is provided free of charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is always correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we not commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.
Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under law. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise - including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.
However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion OR if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of our website or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.

These terms and conditions, together with our security policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
6. Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Prices other than those in GBP are shown for guidance purposes only. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
7. Value Added Tax - VAT
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. When applicable it is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may b0e subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
8. Payment methods
You may order online using a credit or debit card we accept Delta, Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa and Paypal. You may also order by telephoning us and pay using your credit or debit card.
You may print and post your order to us and pay by credit or debit card, cheque or postal order.
All prices are in pounds sterling and credit or debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Cheques and postal orders will only be accepted for UK customers only and should always be in pounds sterling made payable to Blink Gifts Limited.
Goods will be dispatched immediately on receipt of a postal order. Payment by cheque, goods will not be dispatched for ten days.
Please note that no items will be dispatched until payment has been received in full there are no exceptions to this rule.
9. Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased with an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale, e.g. some ‘made to order’ goods may take longer.
The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time.
Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque, as we will not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared.
10. Cooling off period, cancellation and returns
We do our utmost to ensure that you will be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our satisfaction guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased (except personalised gifts) you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
When returning anything, it is absolutely vital that you first make contact with us to inform us that you wish to return something. When returning the item you must enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), personalised gifts and custom made products cannot be cancelled or returned. Except for certain circumstances, see below. This is as specified in UK legislation.

In the case of custom made or personalised items these may only be returned in the following circumstances:-
If the item is found to be damaged or faulty. On receipt of the faulty item Blink Gifts will dispatch a new one and provide a refund of postage costs incurred by you in order to return it.
The product was incorrectly supplied by us or if we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a replacement product will be dispatched on receipt of the faulty product.
Where we have made the mistake we will provide a refund of the postage costs incurred by you in order to return the faulty product.
This guarantee is good for 7 days from the original delivery date providing the items are returned undamaged (except if reason for return is 'damaged goods') and in the same packaging as dispatched.
Please email us and let us know that you would like to return an item(s) before you return anything.
We advise customers to acquire proof of posting from the post office. Once we have received the goods if a refund is applicable the refund will go to the purchaser's credit card or Paypal account.
Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us. We regret we cannot refund charges if the goods have been disposed of. We may ask in certain circumstances to send us photo of damage rather than returning the product.

11. Lost items
It is a very rare occurrence that items get lost in the post. However, in this situation our policy is as follows:-
Royal Mail do not consider something is lost until fifteen working days after the date of dispatch. Any item that 'goes missing in the post' should be notified to us on or after the fifteenth working day of receipt of dispatch notification email.
We strongly recommend that before you contact us you should make enquiries with your local sorting office and or post office to check if they are holding the item for you. You should do this even if no card has been left by the post office saying they were unable to deliver your item.
Items not received must be claimed for from Royal Mail by the purchaser. Blink Gifts will assist by forwarding copies of documentation such as proof of postage, but all claims must be pursued by the purchaser.
We regret that we will be unable to replace free of charge any item lost in the post, you will need to make your purchase again. Any costs relating to your original purchase should be claimed back from Royal Mail.

12. Undelivered or returned items
Any orders returned to us because they could not be delivered or were not collected from the courier or Royal Mail we will make contact to inform you of the returned item.
The order will not be dispatched again until postage has been paid in full.
13. Complaints
With our 100% satisfaction guarantee and our excellent customer service we believe that there will be very rarely a reason to complain, but if you do have such a reason, then we can confirm we will acknowledge such complaint within three working days and will treat it with the utmost importance.
Send any complaints in writing by post or email and we will endeavour to resolve your problem within seven working days.
14. Offensive or age restricted material
We take care to ensure that no material likely to cause offence or which is unsuitable for children is displayed on our website. There are, however, certain products that we sell which are unsuitable for children. By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
15. Trademarks and copyright
All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of the website are the property of www.blinkgifts.com.
